Another quarter life crisis sign that is very common is frustration. Whenever this happens a person starts to tear themselves apart. The big problem with frustration is that it can lead to either anger or anxiety and both can become a major problem.

People can grow apart but when it comes from frustration or depression, there is probably more going on. Start talking about what is going on in your head and you will see that your partner can actually be of help.
